Blue and Silver Square Framed Drop Earrings
Square framed drop earrings with blue enamel and silver leaf. The curved silver which is attached to the frames is slightly sanded, which adds a lovely rough texture and finish. The earrings come attached with sterling silver 0.8mm wire ear hooks and are light to wear with a lovely movement.
They measure approximately 4cm x 1cm.

These earrings come packaged in an Emily Higham Jewellery labelled boxed and wrapped with ribbon.
Inspired by the colours and patterns of honeycomb, these earrings have been fired repeatedly in the kiln with layers of Vitreous and Industrial Enamel to achieve the organic patterns within the enamel. Lastly, silver leaf has been added to give a lovely shimmering effect, especially when the earrings catch the light. Each pattern is completely unique due to the hand drawn qualities and the nature of the enamel when fired in the kiln, therefore making these earrings one of a kind.
Care Instructions:
Please wear your enamelled jewellery with care. Enamelling is a technique of fusing powdered glass to metal and the enamel can be fairly hard wearing, however, please take care not to drop your piece or apply any force. Remove your piece before showering, avoid getting it wet and any exposure to chemicals. It is recommended to put your piece on over soft floor such as carpet. Using a soft toothbrush, silver can be lightly brushed with warm soapy water and cleaned with a soft cloth.
